Direct support, no strings attached

A cash stipend paid straight into the hands of a vetted giver — the food-bank director, the rural midwife, the after-school coach. They decide how to use it: a family emergency, a long-deferred repair, a breath of financial air. We never dictate, and we never ask for receipts.

Rest & Renewal

Permission to stop, at last

Givers are the last people to take a break, so we arrange one for them. A fully funded week of rest — a quiet cabin, a retreat, or simply time at home with meals covered — paired with backfill support so the work they carry doesn't collapse while they're away.

The Sustain Network

A circle that doesn't burn out

Isolation is the quiet killer of great givers. The Sustain Network pairs each recipient with a peer circle of fellow leaders, a mentor who has walked the same road, and quarterly wellness check-ins — so support outlasts the moment of crisis.

• Peer circles of 6–8 leaders
• One-on-one mentorship for a full year

Recognition, publicly and proudly

Every year we publish the Honor Roll — a public celebration of the individuals our communities nominated, told in their own words. Recognition won't pay a bill, but it changes how a community sees its quietest heroes, and how those heroes see themselves.
